Motion Graphics Designer

As a talented Motion Graphics Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to bring stories to life through captivating animations, visually striking designs, and innovative motion graphics. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create visuals that engage, inform, and inspire our audience. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics for various platforms such as social media, web, product demos, advertisements, and presentations. - Storyboarding: Conceptualize and create storyboards to outline project ideas and workflows. - Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content with graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations. - Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful visuals. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projects. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and elevate content. - Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of assets including templates, stock footage, and design elements. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Video Production, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or a similar role. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. - Creativity: Demonstrated ability to produce visually compelling and innovative motion graphics. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and implement feedback effectively. - Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work is required.,
