Overview


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales & Lead Generation

    : Actively generate and pursue sales leads for our range of products, including SaaS subscriptions, educational courses, and franchise opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement

    : Engage with B2B and B2C clients through various channels (phone, email, webinars, virtual meetings) to understand their needs and recommend suitable Beanstalkedu products and services.
  • Product Demonstration

    : Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions to potential clients, tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.
  • Closing Deals

    : Skillfully negotiate and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis

    : Stay informed about the latest trends in the ECCE and EdTech industry, and use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Feedback & Reporting

    : Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on client interactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech, ECCE, or related industry.
  • Experience in selling SaaS products, educational courses, and franchise models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and regional Indian languages.
