Product Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketer to lead our efforts in positioning, promoting, and selling our products online. The ideal candidate has strong experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube, and a proven track record of driving conversions, revenue growth, and brand visibility through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end product marketing strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to build compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and provide actionable insights and regular reports.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, ad policies, and best practices to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness.
• Drive A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation for ads, landing pages, and product pages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour, funnel marketing, and sales conversion strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation, tracking tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Certification in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms is an advantage.
