JOB SUMMARY:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and strategy of our product(s) from conception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our product meets market needs, aligns with the company’s objectives, and provides value to our users. Your role will require strategic thinking, a deep understanding of user needs, and the ability to drive product vision.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Has the ownership and accountability for developing the Company's Programmatic Ad Tech Platform and its related ad products.

• This position demands an in-depth understanding of the digital ads industry & programmatic ad tech ecosystem, with particular expertise in the Ad technology needs, business needs, and business problems in the fast-growing digital ad industry.
• Be analytical in understanding and reporting the partner market competitiveness, financials, SaaS (Software as a Service) metrics, and driving actions based on analysis.
• Drive the research, conceptualization, and execution of enhancements and features across the platform, ensuring effective user experiences aligning with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that product specifications are aligned with technical and design feasibility.
• Synthesize user feedback into novel product ideas to drive continuous improvement and innovation for permissions, authentication, and security.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of user requirements and outcome-based metrics to shape and define the platform product roadmap.
• Transform product roadmap into precise requirements for prototyping and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on Ad Tech, digital advertising, or ad operations.
• Good Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including Demand Side Platforms, ad exchanges, mediation, supply/SDKs, programmatic advertising, targeting, and RTB mechanics; Understanding of omnichannel supply
• Proven experience in development or advanced usage in digital advertising technologies, focused on programmatic ad tech platforms and mobile ad product development. Experience working with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum software development & other common engineering best practices
• Proficient in the latest digital ads & video standards such as native ads, VAST, VPAID, and RTB protocols.
• Understanding of the product development process.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate seamless teamwork and alignment on key objectives and outcomes.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects from ideation to launch.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,820.55 - ₹1,465,618.54 per year
