Executive- Ad Operations

You are an energetic and street-smart individual who will be joining a rapidly growing team. Your role will involve working with large amounts of data related to user behavior via Internal Product feed. You will need to analyze the data to draw conclusions, develop KPIs, and identify insights such as trends, risks, and opportunities. Using modeling and analytics, you will understand how data impacts campaign life-cycle and contribute to achieving revenue goals/growth. Your responsibilities will also include providing support to other teams with assessment and conclusions. Strong communication and writing skills are essential for this role, along with knowledge of statistical analysis using tools like Excel. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a preference for Microsoft Excel proficiency. As a fresher candidate, excellent communication, and polished presentation skills are highly valued. Qualifications for this position include a Graduation/Post-graduation degree, with a requirement of minimum 90% and above in maths marks during 10th and 12th grade. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule involves day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday with weekend availability. A performance bonus is also offered.
