Product Manager

About the Role : We’re hiring a sharp, execution-focused Product Manager to take ownership of our digital platforms and drive product strategy across our real estate or co-working offerings. You’ll work directly with the CEO/GM and act as the key link between leadership, development teams, and end users. This role is ideal for someone who understands the real estate or co-working domain, knows how tech can elevate user experience, and has hands-on experience working with development agencies and QA/testing processes. Key Responsibilities: · Own the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, execution, and delivery. · Work closely with the CEO/GM to align product goals with business objectives. · Collaborate with design, development agencies, and internal teams to build and ship high-quality digital products. · Define product requirements, write clear user stories, and prioritize the backlog. · Lead user research, feedback loops, and data-driven improvements. · Oversee QA and testing processes to ensure smooth and bug-free releases. · Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scale. · Stay up to date with industry trends in real estate, co-working, and prop tech. Requirements: · 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in real estate, co-working, or related tech sectors. · Proven ability to manage external development agencies and internal tech teams. · Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and QA/testing workflows. · Analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA, Mix panel, or similar. · Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable working with CXOs. · Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. · Passion for real estate, co-working, or community-driven spaces is a big plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
