QA Tester and Developer

Job Description: We're looking for a hands-on QA Tester with development experience to join our product team. You'll own the quality of our app across platforms—designing and executing test plans, debugging issues, and pushing clean, working code when needed. You know how to break things—and how to fix them. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing of all features and modules in staging and production environments. Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and performance flaws. Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve identified issues. Perform regression testing after bug fixes. Validate UI/UX alignment with approved designs. Ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes. Test accessibility and performance parameters. Maintain detailed test cases and records. Provide feedback on product improvement opportunities. Simulate user behavior, especially considering senior users' accessibility. Perform other duties related to product quality, stability, and testing. Qualification: 2-3 years of experience in QA or software testing. Working knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (iOS and/or Android). Familiar with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Cypress, Selenium). Strong debugging skills and understanding of APIs, logs, and crash reports. Basic coding skills in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, or Java. Understanding of Git, CI/CD, and Agile workflows. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
