Job Description

Job Purpose:


This role is responsible for designing & implementing strategies, tracking at field level through various channels with a view to acquiring Used Construction Equipment Finance Customers. Also, to ensure achievement of profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product & policy development:

    Design financing schemes based on asset type, age & usage condition; Refine the same on a continuous basis
  • Channel Management:

    Building DSA/Referral & other sourcing channels, Payout tracking etc
  • Pricing & Valuation:

    Developing valuation methods and pricing logic based on market feedback/checks.
  • Technology & MIS:

    Build dashboards to monitor key KPIs such as TAT, yield, bounce rate, NPA, productivity, etc; Leverage technology to drive innovative and cost-effective operating models and deliver superior customer experience
  • Operational process control:

    Develop documentation SOPs including RTO transfer, lead generation to disbursement and lien marking
  • Compliance & Audit:

    Ensuring documentation, valuation and sourcing practices comply with RBI & internal norms
  • Work with teams like Customer Service, call center, operations etc, to improve our customer retention, identify avenues for cross-selling/up-selling at product level
  • Developing new processes / streamlining existing processes for building efficiencies / customer experience
  • Oversee marketing efforts to ensure adequate visibility and positive perception among customers, also ensure strong market presence & customer engagement


Job Requirements:


  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 8+ Years in managing Dealers, Channels, Distribution Networks and Key accounts
  • Deep Construction Equipment Market Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of construction equipment market trends, asset usage lifecycle, and resale valuations. (Majorly Used Construction Equipment)
  • Cross-functional Leadership:

    Ability to lead and collaborate across credit, operations, legal, sales, and technology teams.
  • Data Analytics Proficiency:

    Ability to analyze data to influence pricing strategies and drive process improvements.
  • Channel Engagement:

    Experience in onboarding and managing multiple asset recovery and resale partners/channels.
  • Decision-Making & Problem Solving:

    Quick, data-driven decision-making skills in a high-paced environment.
  • Relationship Management:

    Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal teams, customers, and partners effectively.
