You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to build scalable solutions that impact thousands of users across borders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute both short-term and long-term product strategies and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build, manage, and assess the product roadmap to ensure alignment with growth strategies.
• Initiate, prioritize, and manage projects within the engineering team; oversee product development and coordinate detailed product launch plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to determine the best methods for implementation and to align on execution timelines.
• Lead high-impact initiatives aimed at acquiring new users, improving user loyalty, and nurturing strong relationships with our target audience.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers to brainstorm, iterate, and deliver thoughtful concepts and experiences.
• Bring experience in building high-quality consumer-facing products while supporting business capabilities through tech-driven solutions.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and successful rollout.
• Solve complex challenges to drive measurable outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Serve as the internal and external product champion.
• Conduct user research, analyze customer needs, and stay up-to-date with relevant market trends.
• Be an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives independently but also contributes as a collaborative team player.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of combined product and growth marketing experience, with a proven track record in user acquisition and engagement (B2C and B2B).
• Strong background in product management and/or product design.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from idea to launch.
• MBA is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial experience or having built your own venture is a big advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science (BA/BS/BTech/MCA) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in product management or business systems analysis in consumer tech, healthcare, or media industries.
• Familiarity with developing internet-based products and modern technologies.
• Comfortable using data to drive decisions and growth, including experience with multivariate testing.
