Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development: from discovery and definition to launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features. Write clear PRDs, user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog. Use customer research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to inform decisions. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to craft compelling messaging and positioning. Lead product launches, develop go-to-market plans, and support demand generation efforts. Own customer onboarding journeys, adoption strategies, and feature enablement. Continuously analyze product performance and market trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications : 6–7 years of product management experience in B2B or B2C environments. Proven track record in both product development and go-to-market strategy. MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 business school (mandatory). Strong collaboration with product marketing, sales, or customer success teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-first mindset. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Trello, Aha!, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. Clear communicator and strong cross-functional influencer.
