Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Priorities features by balancing business experience, compliance, scalability and performance
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Present product updates, risks and decisions to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

10+ yrs in Product Management with min 5+ in building enterprise Saas or Payroll/HR platforms.
Strong understanding of product discovery, backlog management, user story writing and agile practices.
Understanding of Payroll operations, compliance and integrations with HRIS/T&A
Familiarity with multi-country payroll, localization, tax, statutory requirements, rule based engine, configuration, payments processing
Proficiency in using product tools with ( Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL)
Proficient in English, Korean and stakeholder management
