We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive high-quality content, and generate demand through campaigns tailored for high-growth B2B audiences. Youll manage GrowthArcs content engine, social media, and lead gen programs across domains. Ideal for a B2B marketer ready to scale a high-growth narrative. Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Demand Generation Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and paid channels. Drive lead generation through account-based marketing, retargeting, and performance campaigns. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership Own the content strategy: from blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers to social media, carousels, and email newsletters. Collaborate with founders and SMEs to create content that resonates with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers in tech, life sciences, and BFSI. Digital & Growth Marketing Manage SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), and marketing automation tools. Build and optimize marketing funnels and nurture sequences to improve MQL to SQL conversion. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI using tools like GA4, HubSpot, or equivalent. Present monthly marketing dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, partnerships, and delivery teams to align GTM activities. Support with sales enablement content including decks, one-pagers, and case studies. What You'll Bring 6-9 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or startup marketing. Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, lead gen, campaign design, and content creation. Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored to a CXO and enterprise audience. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Canva/Figma. Ability to juggle strategy with execution and a bias for getting things done.
