Product Manager

Product Strategy and Vision

 Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the

organization’s mission and goals.

 Conduct market research and user needs analysis to identify opportunities for new

products and enhancements to existing products.

 Product Development and Management

 Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data, to

ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends,

and organizational priorities.

 Stakeholder Engagement

 Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, non-

profits, and community organizations, to gather requirements and feedback.

 Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

 User Experience and Design

 Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions, ensuring that products are

accessible, inclusive, and easy to use.

 Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

 Data-Driven Decision Making

 Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure the

impact of product changes.

 Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance

and user satisfaction.

 Project Management

 Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful

product launches.

 Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact product delivery.

 Innovation and Continuous Improvement

 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CivicTech and product

management.

 Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

 Partnerships, Grants, and Awards

 Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with relevant organizations and

stakeholders.

 Seek out grant and award opportunities to support and fund product initiatives.

 Write and submit proposals for partnerships, grants, and awards, ensuring alignment

with organizational goals and objectives.

 Compliance and Ethical Considerations

 Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards,

particularly in areas related to data privacy and security.

 Promote ethical use of technology and data in all product initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
