Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at potential client companies. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Requirements 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT/software industry. Strong understanding of software development and IT staffing business models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
