We are currently looking for a Product Manager in India.In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of digital products, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring timely feature releases, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with business goals. The position requires managing agile processes, driving user-centered design, and optimizing product performance through A/B testing and analytics. Accountabilities
- Define and own product scope, ensuring timely feature development and measurable success
- Draft PRDs with business cases, use cases, technical requirements, success metrics, and ROI analysis
- Review and refine designs for engineering handoff, managing the product backlog effectively
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, SEO, design, data, and engineering—to deliver high-quality products
- Monitor site and product metrics using analytics tools, run A/B tests, and perform hands-on UAT for feature launches
- Provide strategic recommendations for product updates based on user impact and business priorities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, shipping features, and working with agile teams
- Strong experience defining product requirements, scoping features, and managing backlogs
- Proficiency in drafting PRDs, framing actionable user stories, and collaborating with engineering teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, CMS platforms (WordPress), and SEO principles; experience with Looker or Heap is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a curiosity-driven approach to user experience challenges
