Role Purpose

Product Manager – Merchant Clearing and Settlement

Responsibilities We Entrust You With

• Own the product lifecycle for merchant clearing and settlement systems, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, compliance, and finance to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Lead initiatives to enhance reconciliation, settlement timelines, and exception handling processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and network requirements (e.g., card schemes, local clearing systems).
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Candidates with strong

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583, card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and local payment regulations.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
