Product Manager

Job Role:

Functional requirements:

Ø Understanding of Insurance Domain will be a plus

Product Building/Roadmap:

Ø Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement

Ø Manage the roadmap of the product & prioritization around the features & functionalities

Ø Work with UX designers to help create delightful experiences for different stakeholders

Ø Be the quality champion for the product and make sure that every feature being launched is being held to the highest product standards

Ø Working with marketing team to increase business of all products

Products Iterations and Improvements:

Ø Work closely with customer success team to understand voice of customer and make sure that the roadmap delivers those needs

Ø Engage with the customers and users to get constant feedback on how Kotak Cherry is solving their problems and incorporate this into the product features

Ø Continuously understand and benchmark against competitors’ offerings on features, quality, target segments, etc

Ø Ensure product roadmap incorporates emerging market trends and competitive offerings

Ø Use data to understand how the product and features are performing and take data-driven decisions to advance the product and user experience

Job Requirement:

Ø Experience as a PM in fintech industry/Insurance/startup building digital products.

Ø Strong background in and understanding of technology, software development and APIs

Ø Understanding of product-led growth

Ø Product management experience in onboarding for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the FinTech or Insurance space.

Ø In-depth understanding of KYC norms and onboarding compliance requirements and AML regulations.
