We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in sales enablement and international market growth to help us scale globally, refine our product roadmap, and unlock new revenue opportunities across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Product Vision & Strategy for global markets, aligning with business goals and adapting to local market needs.
Own the entire product lifecycle: strategy, discovery, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch analysis.
Gather & Prioritize Requirements from customers, sales, and partners across different geographies to feed into the product roadmap.
Drive partnership opportunities for growth and lead International Expansion efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, localization strategies, and go-to-market planning.
Collaborate Closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop product positioning, pricing, and messaging that resonates across regions.
Drive Product-Led Growth by identifying opportunities to improve adoption, upsell, and cross-sell in existing and new markets.
Partner with Engineering & Design teams to deliver scalable, market-ready features on time and within budget.
Analyze Product Performance in international markets, leveraging data to optimize features, customer experience, and revenue.
Champion the Customer Voice across all touchpoints to ensure our product meets evolving needs in diverse regions.
Qualifications & Skills
At Least 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or B2B tech, preferably with international market exposure.
Proven track record in leading sales-driven product growth across multiple countries or regions.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer acquisition strategies, and retention levers.
Experience in leveraging growth through industry partnerships.
Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Experience in launching new SaaS or B2B products to the market.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to work across departments and cultures.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira).
Experience in sharing product demos and other customer-facing discussions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
MBA or Engineering with relevant experience
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred, and Product Management certification is preferred
Nice-to-Have
Experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement or direct sales.
Background in partnerships or channel sales strategy.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
