About the Role

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem discovery to launch and post-launch analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders (Tutors, Students, Sales, Ops, Engineering) to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate user insights and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with design and tech teams to deliver simple, intuitive, and scalable experiences.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on data, feedback, and strategic goals.
• Define success metrics and constantly evaluate performance to drive adoption and retention.
• Benchmark industry trends and competitor products in the e-learning and marketplace space.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Skills/Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of

  product management experience

  in a leading Indian

  e-commerce or tech startup

  (e.g., Flipkart, Meesho, Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Byju’s, Unacademy, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience with user research, A/B testing, and product analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and product development cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven record of owning and delivering measurable product improvements.
• Passion for education, marketplaces, and technology-driven problem solving.
