Following our strong growth in India, we are expanding into international markets, targeting geographies with large Indian diaspora such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North America.

About the Role

Were looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Marketing Analyst to lead and execute our paid marketing efforts in international markets. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns (Google Search, Meta, YouTube, and other regional platforms) to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth outside India.

This is a growth-focused role that combines analytics, performance marketing, and experimentation with a global mindset.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Plan and run SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns targeting international markets, especially the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and leverage high-ROI paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, regional platforms like ShareChat, TikTok (where available), Taboola, etc.) suitable for the target diaspora.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing for high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance on a daily/weekly basis to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to improve landing page conversion rates and user onboarding experience.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools) and provide actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to identify winning creatives, landing pages, and audience combinations.
  • Keep up with market-specific consumer behavior trends, platform changes, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

Skills/Experience Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing analytics, preferably in B2C or marketplace-based startups.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, CAC, LTV, and growth KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Hotjar
  • Experience in international markets or campaigns targeting non-India audiences is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with a bias for action and ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across product, sales, and creative teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to the Indian diaspora in GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), Singapore, or Malaysia.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and seasonal trends in international education/tutoring markets.
  • Exposure to App Install Campaigns or retargeting funnels.
