Job Description

Position: Product Manager

Location: Plot No. 58, Sector 155, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: 6 – 8 Years
Industry Preference: LED Lighting / Electrical / Lighting Solutions

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong exposure in the LED Lighting Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, driving product innovation, analyzing sales performance, and monitoring market trends. The role requires excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in LED product categories.

Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Planning

  • Define product vision and roadmap specifically for LED lighting products (Panels, Battens, Flood Lights, Street Lights, Drivers, etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis for lighting industry.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and technology trends.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Prepare PRD (Product Requirements Document), user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with R&D, quality, supply chain, and sales teams to finalize product features.

Product Development Coordination

  • Work closely with R&D, QA, Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features as per the roadmap.

Sales Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze sales data, product performance, pricing trends, and region-wise movement.
  • Prepare MIS reports and recommend improvements based on sales insights.
  • Track product adoption, customer feedback, and ROI.

Market Trends & Competition Monitoring

Stay updated with latest LED technology, industry innovations, and design improvements.

  • Track competitors' pricing, product features, and market positioning.
  • Identify emerging trends (smart lighting, energy-efficient solutions, solar lighting, etc.).

Product Launch & Marketing Support

  • Plan product launches with Sales & Marketing.
  • Provide training to sales teams about product features, USPs, and applications.
  • Create product presentations and marketing materials.

Customer & Vendor Coordination

  • Interact with customers, distributors, dealers, and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with vendors for components, pricing, and technical improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of LED lighting products, components, drivers, optics, and certifications.
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting (Excel, MIS, dashboards).
  • Good understanding of market trends, pricing movement, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication & cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Figma (optional), and product analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Electronics / Electrical / Business.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 4 years of product experience, preferably in LED lighting.
