Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from conception to launch, with a proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. Your expertise in planning, execution, release management, coupled with your strong people management skills and deep domain knowledge, will be critical to your success in this role.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

5. Strong domain knowledge in [Specify the relevant industry/domain].

6. Experience with product analytics tools.

7. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.

8. Experience in HealthCare/Banking (BFSI)/Manufacturing domains.

9. Experience with managing globally distributed teams.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
