Role 1: Product Manager – Logistics / SaaS

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics tech, supply chain, SaaS products, or related domains.
  
• Ability to understand operational workflows and build scalable product solutions.
  
• Exposure to B2B environments or enterprise product setups is a strong advantage.
  

Role 2: Product Manager – Marketplace

Requirements:

• Experience in marketplace companies such as Zomato, Airbnb, Blinkit, Swiggy, Ola, etc.
  
• Must have worked with both sides of a marketplace ecosystem (supply & demand).
  
• Strong understanding of user journeys, fulfilment, and operational metrics.
  

General Responsibilities (for both roles):

• Own the product roadmap and deliver high-impact features end-to-end.
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews.
  
• Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and business teams to drive execution.
  
• Write clear PRDs, define success metrics, and track product performance.
  
• Use data and analytics to identify product gaps and opportunities.
  
• Ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with product lifecycle & agile methodologies
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  
• Familiarity with metrics, funnels, and user behaviour analysis

• Total experience:

  3+ years

• Product-specific experience:

  1–1.5 years
