Position: Executive Assistant (Female) to Managing Director Location: Plot No. 58, Sector 155, Noida, UP Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and fit) Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director in day-to-day activities, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles and possess excellent follow-up and communication skills. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, compliance, and driving the company’s overall financial strategy. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the electronics industry and demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of financial models, business plans, and long-term forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and ensure proactive corrective actions. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensure robust cash flow planning and optimize working capital to support business operations. Compliance & Audit Management: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and handle internal and external audits effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must. Experience: 8–12 years of experience in senior-level finance roles, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector. Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, audit, and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
