Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company located in Noida, UP, you will play a crucial role in leading the finance and accounting function. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the preparation of financial models, business plans, and long-term forecasts to support strategic decision-making. - Overseeing the annual budgeting process, monitoring variances, and ensuring proactive corrective actions. - Ensuring robust cash flow planning and optimizing working capital to support business operations. - Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and handling internal and external audits effectively. - Overseeing timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and other financial statements. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. - Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks through effective internal controls and governance practices. Qualifications & Experience: - Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must. - Experience: 8-12 years of experience in senior-level finance roles, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector. - Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, audit, and compliance. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation. - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
