Position: CRM Senior Executive Female

Location: CLAIR ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD Plot No. 58, Sector 155, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: Minimum 4 years in CRM / Sales Coordination / Customer Communication Preferred Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Sales/Marketing/CRM preferred)

Role Overview: We are looking for a soft-spoken, professional, and efficient CRM Senior Executive to coordinate with the sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communication management, customer follow-up, payment tracking, scheduling, and Maintaining data accuracy. This position requires excellent communication etiquette, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The candidate will work closely with the sales and management team to ensure smooth customer service and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities: • Customer Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with sales team and clients for order updates, requirements, and information.
  • Handle customer interactions politely and professionally (soft & clear communication).
  • Maintain customer queries, request logs, and follow-up status.
  • Provide timely updates to customers about orders, schedules, or delays.

Follow-Up & Payment Tracking

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments, invoices, and document submissions.
  • Maintain payment follow-up trackers and share regular reports.
  • Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for payment status updates.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, product deliveries, and internal discussions.
  • Maintain calendars, follow-up reminders, and schedule trackers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and customers.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain customer database, communication records, and documentation files.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
  • Draft emails, customer communication, and follow-up summaries.
  • Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and official documents.
  • Prepare Excel reports (follow-up sheets, payment trackers, MIS reports).
  • Use Word, Outlook, and CRM tools efficiently.
  • Create organized documentation and maintain proper data accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Soft-spoken, polite, and professional communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Customer handling and relationship management.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in data.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Preferred Candidate: • Female candidate with minimum 4 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / Customer Support., language English, Hindi is must. Knowledge of third language is welcome.

  • Good communication etiquette and ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Experience in customer service, follow-ups, and documentation.
