Key Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and execute the

  product roadmap

  for insurance products, portals, mobile apps, and digital tools.
• Conduct

  market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

  sessions to shape product design and features.
• Collaborate with

  actuarial, underwriting, claims, operations, and IT teams

  to deliver compliant, competitive, and customer-centric products.
• Ensure all products adhere to

  regulatory guidelines

• Partner with

  sales and marketing

  to design and implement effective

  go-to-market strategies

• Track and analyze

  product performance

  (adoption, revenue, retention, customer experience) and recommend enhancements.
• Manage the

• Oversee delivery and execution, ensuring initiatives are completed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field

• 5–8 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of

  policy administration, claims, and underwriting processes

  .
• Proven ability in

  stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional leadership

  .
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
