Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

• Design, develop, and implement mobile applications using the

  Flutter framework

  .
• Build

  responsive, user-friendly, and scalable UIs

  with consistent user experiences across multiple devices.
• Integrate

  third-party APIs and services

  to enhance app functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for

  performance, maintainability, and scalability

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  best coding practices, code reviews, and quality standards

  .
• Stay updated on emerging

  Flutter/Dart trends and mobile technologies

  to drive innovation.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with

  product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams

  to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Participate actively in

  Agile/Scrum ceremonies

  (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure timely delivery of

  robust, secure, and high-performing applications

  .

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of

  scalable, high-performance mobile applications

  .
• Mentor and guide developers in

  Flutter best practices and architectural patterns

  .
• Conduct technical assessments, review system designs, and provide

  feasible solutions

  .
• Oversee

  project roadmaps

  and align technical goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years

  of experience in

  mobile and web application development

  , with at least

  4+ years of hands-on expertise in Flutter

  .
• Proficient in

  Dart programming language

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Flutter framework architecture

  and

  state management

  (e.g., GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).
• Familiarity with

  Material Design, Cupertino widgets, and UI/UX principles

  .
• Experience integrating

  REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs

  .
• Solid experience with

  version control systems (Git, GitHub)

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills

  .
• Proven track record of

  delivering high-quality applications on time

  .
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

  .
• Prior experience in the

  insurance domain

  is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  for Flutter apps.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  .
• Exposure to

  microservices architecture

  .
