Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytical
Associate Product Manager (APM)
to support end-to-end product initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to improve conversions, refine pricing strategies, optimize costs, and elevate overall product performance. Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy Execution
Support the product roadmap by contributing to feature planning, prioritization, and execution.
Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to identify trends, pricing models, and product opportunities.
Work closely with the design team to ensure user-centric experiences with high usability and conversion impact.
2. Pricing, Paywall Discounting
Assist in developing and refining
pricing models
, subscription plans
, and paywall strategies
. Evaluate and implement discounting modules to improve sales without compromising margins.
Monitor key pricing metrics and user responses to optimize revenue and retention.
3. Conversion Optimization
Analyze user flow, funnel metrics, and behavioral data to identify bottlenecks.
Drive A/B tests, run experiments, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates across product journeys.
Track post-implementation impact and report performance to stakeholders.
4. Cost Process Optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction across operations and product components.
Evaluate product and platform costs, ensuring optimization without affecting product quality.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with UI/UX designers to translate product ideas into intuitive interfaces.
Partner with marketing and tech teams to align on go-to-market strategies, feature launches, and performance tracking.
Prepare detailed documentation, requirements, and research summaries.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in Product Management or related roles (internship experience also acceptable).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Understanding of pricing models, conversion funnels, and product metrics.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Enthusiasm to learn rapidly and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience in subscription-based products or mobile apps.
Exposure to A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, or product experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of consumer behavior, cost structures, and market research methodologies.
