Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research & data analysis (SQL) to identify opportunities.
  • Define product roadmaps & requirements using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, leveraging Jira.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Optimize product performance on eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce)
  • D2C Ownership

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the brand’s website, including inventory planning, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • 2. Revenue Growth

  • Accelerate business growth by identifying new opportunities while maintaining strong top-line and bottom-line performance.
  • Develop and implement sell-in and sell-out strategies to consistently achieve business objectives.
  • 3. P&L Management

  • Own the profitability of the online business by efficiently allocating marketing, operational, and fulfilment budgets.
  • Track performance metrics, optimize costs, and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • 4. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead collaboration across sales, marketing, fulfilment, finance, and operations to achieve business KPIs.
  • Streamline processes for order fulfilment, claim management, and customer experience enhancement.
  • 5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including sales, conversions, inventory, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous business improvement.
  • 6. Campaign Planning

  • Strategize and execute high-impact digital and e-commerce campaigns during major events like

    Big Billion Days, Diwali,

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.
  • Added experience will be beneficial

  • 7. Marketplace Management

  • Manage and scale business across leading marketplaces such as

    Amazon

    and

    Flipkart

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product listing, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and stock management.
  • 8. Q-Commerce Expansion

  • Drive business opportunities across

    Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto,

    ,and other quick-commerce platforms.
  • Establish partnerships and scale sales within the fast-evolving Q-Commerce ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree.
  • 2-6 years of product management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills & proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in Agile, Jira, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication & leadership abilities.
