With deep expertise in lending (LOS, LMS, EMI, DnC/EWA), we’re now scaling to a distribution-first super-app with multiple product lines—loans, insurance, wealth, digital gold, BBPS, UPI, and more. We believe GenAI will reshape how India experiences finance, and we are building future-ready products to lead that shift.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager

lending, customer journeys, underwriting, collections, and distribution products

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and validate scalable fintech + GenAI product opportunities.
  • Define product roadmap for new journeys (LOS, LMS, EMI, EWA, insurance, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Tech, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
  • Convert ideas into structured PRDs, wireframes, and measurable rollouts.
  • Benchmark best practices across fintechs, NBFCs, and global GenAI use cases.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and monetization through product features.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product management experience in fintech or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, RBI guidelines, and NBFC operations.
  • Experience building scalable B2C/B2B2C financial journeys.
  • Hands-on with data-driven decision making (SQL, analytics, A/B testing).
  • Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases is a strong plus.
  • Engineering background preferred.
