Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 8+ Years Industry: NBFC / Fintech About the Role: We are hiring a sharp, data-driven Risk Manager to lead risk monitoring and policy design for our Unsecured Personal Loan (PL) portfolio. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience across the entire lending lifecycle —from underwriting , to portfolio tracking , to collections strategy . Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end risk strategy across the PL portfolio Set up and monitor Early Warning Systems (EWS) and bounce triggers Deep-dive into bounce rate, delinquency trends, and segment-wise risk Design and maintain scorecards, rule engines , and risk-based segmentation Define and update the credit risk policy framework and underwriting models Regular portfolio reviews and MIS creation for leadership and partners Support and align risk actions with collections and recovery strategies Leverage data queries and dashboards for proactive risk tracking and control Requirements: 8–12 years of experience in credit risk in NBFC/Fintech (Unsecured PL) Must have worked across the lending lifecycle : underwriting, portfolio management, collections Education: Engineer / MBA / CA from a reputed institute Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills in SQL, Excel, or Python Experience in scorecard design , EWS implementation, and bounce analysis Comfort with cross-functional collaboration—product, analytics, collections, tech Why Join Us?
