The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and success of a product or product line. This role serves as the bridge between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring that products meet market needs and align with company goals.
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify customer needs and market trends.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Write clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support) to deliver high-quality products on time.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools; iterate based on feedback.
Serve as the product champion, communicating product vision and updates across the organization.
Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Lead product launches, go-to-market plans, and customer onboarding strategies.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Trello
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working with UX/UI teams and software development teams
