Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine product backlog, epics, and user stories aligned with business goals.
  
• Translate lending workflows and customer pain points into actionable deliverables.
  
• Act as Scrum Master lead Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive improvement.
  
• Perform business analysis, map workflows, and validate technical solutions.
  
• Collaborate with business, engineering, legal/compliance, QA, and UX teams.
  
• Lead modernization projects (C++ .NET Core/Java, cloud transitions, GitHub migration).
  
• Prioritize features by customer value, complexity, and compliance impact.
  
• Champion Agile best practices and optimize delivery workflows.
  
• Support integrations with client and third-party systems, ensuring scalability and security.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors in Business, CS, Finance, or related field.
  
• 5+ years as Product Owner/Technical PM in fintech, commercial lending, or B2B.
  
• Proven delivery of modernization/migration projects (microservices, cloud, ETL).
  
• Hands-on with .NET Core, C++, Java, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.
  
• Proficient in Jira, ADO, and GitHub Projects for Agile management.
  
• Experience with distributed enterprise teams and layered governance.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of lending products (term loans, syndicated, asset-based).
  
• Understanding of regulatory and documentation compliance in finance.
  
• Scrum, Agile, or technical certifications.
