You will manage existing features and lead the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap. You will facilitate and promote solutions across the organization, working with legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to prioritize, deliver, and align with senior management. Minimum 15 of years product management experience, or equivalent - including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits and developing roadmapsStrong knowledge of AI and LLM and experience in AI for DocumentsExperience & comfort working within non-linear design & development processesExperience in the design & development of service offerings that span multiple channels and form factorsAbility to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forwardAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholdersExposure to and experienced in technology and query platformsAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large amounts of dataExposed to software development mindset and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc..)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
