Role Overview:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Product Execution:

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to deliver solutions and improve metrics.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze usage data, customer feedback and conduct market research to inform decisions. Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret raw data effectively. Bonus: Experience working with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, or Metabase

Customer Focus:

• We THRIVE on customer empathy - you should have great communication skills and be able to talk to customers to gather insights and understand pain points.

Prioritize, build, iterate:

• Use the 80:20 rule to cut through complexity and focus on what truly matters. Ability to write succinct PRDs to build MVPs and iterate fast

Own product features end-to-end:

• Take full ownership of your projects from concept to launch, and beyond. Co-ordinating with design/tech/customer support to build the features.

Dig deep and simplify:

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of experience in product / strategy / analytics / management consulting

• Engineering degree from an IIT, NIT, IISc or BITs.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• High ownership, problem-solving ability, and a bias for action.
