Product Manager

Job Description

Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends. Define product requirements based on in-depth research, user feedback, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven insights. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure product-market fit. Coordinate go-to-market strategy with marketing and business development teams. Analyze and monitor product performance to identify areas of improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment. Experience in IoT, shared mobility, or connected hardware ecosystems is a strong plus. If not, must have experience at a well-recognized or fast-scaling company. Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, or Productboard. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-focused design.
