Role Overview

Product Manager – AI

You will shape the roadmap for AI-driven patient identification, LLM reasoning pipelines, voice agents, and clinical workflow automation. This role combines deep product ownership, strong AI intuition, and close collaboration with engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.

This is a rare opportunity to own high-impact AI products that directly affect clinical research, trials, and patient outcomes at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap for AI and LLM-powered modules across SrotasIQ.
• Work directly with the Founders in shaping in the product direction
• Translate clinical, user, and market needs into product requirements, use-cases, and specs.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to bring new models and agentic workflows into production.
• Define and optimise product KPIs
• Lead discovery across stakeholders clinicians, research sites, CROs, pharma sponsors.
• Drive iteration cycles around LLM reasoning, evidence retrieval, data ingestion, and workflow automation.
• Shape UX for AI-augmented workflows (Identify, Manage, Engage).
• Document PRDs, release notes, user guides, and internal playbooks.
• Oversee pilots, customer onboarding, and feedback loops.
• Align product strategy with commercial and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in Product Management (AI/ML, health tech, or data platforms strongly preferred).
• Excellent ability to translate technical capabilities into user-centric product decisions.
• Experience working with engineering teams shipping production AI systems.
• Bonus: exposure to clinical trials, EHR systems, or healthcare data standards
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and 0→1 workflows.
