You’ll research, define, deliver, and iterate on product features—not just observe them. If you're curious, analytical, and excited to build things that matter, this role is for you.


🎯 Outcomes You Will Own


1. Product Research & Insights

• Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and secondary analysis

• Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities

• Synthesize findings into actionable insights

• Collaborate with APMs, PMs, and SPMs to sharpen product direction


2. Product Definition & Delivery

• Own and write specifications for smaller features.

• Work closely with developers to ensure timely delivery.

• Break down requirements into clear, structured problem statements.

• Track progress and ensure the expected outcomes are met.


3. Product Iterations

• Monitor product analytics regularly.

• Identify areas to improve usability, performance, and adoption.

• Benchmark against competitors and industry standards.

• Recommend iterations backed by data and user feedback.


4. Product Adoption & Growth

• Partner with Business & Marketing teams to drive product adoption.

• Build high-impact collateral: feature explainers, cheat sheets, user flows.

• Support GTM initiatives for new features.

• Track usage metrics and propose ideas to improve activation & retention.


🧠 Pre-Requisites

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical ability with structured thinking.

• Experience conducting research (primary + secondary).

• Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to create crisp decks for leadership and cross-functional teams.
