• Architect and build core backend systems (Node.js, TypeScript, Go, MongoDB, AWS)
• Lead development of AI-powered features
• Build dev tools and real-time infra to simplify clinic operations
• Ship privacy-first systems compliant with GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001
• Work closely with the founding team to define product and tech direction
• Research and publish technical blog posts, share updates and insights on Twitter/X, and engage the community on Discord to build brand visibility and authority.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to define messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that highlight the product's unique value.
• Set up and run A/B tests on onboarding flows, features, and campaigns to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Implement email and in-app messaging (e.g., AWS Pinpoint) to support onboarding, updates, and user re-engagement efforts.
• Collect and synthesise feedback from Discord and other channels to inform development priorities and improve product experience.
• Have deep backend programming work experience in APIs, infra, systems thinking
• Have built or experimented with LLMs, embeddings, or AI product features
• Know how to turn messy into simple, scalable architecture
• Care equally about speed, stability, and solving user pain
• Can own problems end-to-end and don’t need hand-holding
• Experience with healthcare systems, FHIR, or structured health data
• Built developer tooling, plugin systems, or marketplace infra
• Contributed to open-source or love building in public
