Product Engineer

Job Purpose:

To assist in the design, development, and support of thermal management products and systems, gaining hands-on experience in engineering processes and contributing to product improvements and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of thermal management products and components.
  
• Create and update 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
  
• Support product testing and validation activities, including data collection and analysis.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and supply chain to resolve product-related issues.
  
• Assist in documentation preparation including Bill of Materials (BOM), process sheets, test reports, and technical specifications.
  
• Participate in cost reduction, process improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate project records and engineering documentation.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience:

  0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Gender Preference:

  Male

• Compensation:

  18,000 to 22,000 per month (CTC)
