We’re building the Payment Command Center for high-risk merchants — a platform that helps businesses recover failed payments, stop chargebacks, and maximize approvals in real time.

We turn messy, high-volume payment data into clean signals and profitable decisions.

Now we need a hands-on Product Engineer who can turn complex data into simple, scalable systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and ship core features across our product stack — React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Work on data-heavy workflows: multi-gateway integrations, large transaction datasets, and analytics pipelines.
• Partner with product and data teams to turn insights into tangible value for merchants.
• Write clean, efficient code with an obsession for performance and reliability.
• Own end-to-end delivery — from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Constantly push for better developer experience, speed, and system resilience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Expert in React, Next.js, Node.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong database fundamentals — PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Experience with data-intensive or fintech products (bonus if you’ve built SaaS platforms).
• Solid grasp of cloud deployments, CI/CD, and microservice architecture.
• Pragmatic problem-solver who values clarity over complexity.
• Hungry to build, learn fast, and take ownership like a founding engineer.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, or fraud systems.
• Comfort with event-driven systems.
• Ability to balance speed and correctness in high-stakes environments.

What Success Looks Like:

• Within 30 days: You’re shipping code in production and improving performance metrics.
• Within 90 days: You’ve owned a feature from concept to release — measurable merchant impact.
• Within 6 months: You’re a critical voice in product and architecture decisions — a trusted builder.
