About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Sourcing & Development Senior Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying high-quality products, managing vendors, coordinating sampling, conducting market research, and supporting new product development across our luxury fragrance, wellness, home décor, and gifting categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product and market research to identify new concepts aligned with brand direction
• Source and evaluate vendors for fragrances, incense, wellness, home décor, and gifting products
• Coordinate sampling, quality checks, costing, and price negotiation
• Track product development timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare comparative cost sheets and maintain vendor documentation
• Benchmark competitors and recommend innovative product ideas
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams
• Create product research decks, analysis reports, and sourcing summaries

Required Skills

• Strong product research and sourcing capability
• Understanding of luxury, wellness, and culturally inspired products
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good communication, documentation, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report creation
• Ability to manage multiple products and development cycles simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive working approach

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Design, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in product sourcing, development, merchandising, or procurement
• Experience in luxury, FMCG, home décor, lifestyle, or handicraft categories is preferred
• Exposure to sampling, costing, and vendor development processes

Pay: ₹35,483.72 - ₹43,271.37 per month
