We’re looking for a highly adaptable and versatile Product Designer II who thrives in rapidly changing environments and can deliver exceptional design solutions at speed.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will design user-centric digital experiences for our SaaS products, create rapid prototypes, support sales enablement with compelling presentations, and execute design projects with precision. You’ll work hands-on with Figma and AI design tools to drive innovation, enhance usability, and deliver consistent, high-quality design across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across SaaS digital products.
• Develop engaging sales presentations and design collateral.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on design concepts.
• Adapt quickly to changing project priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
• Leverage AI and advanced design tools to accelerate workflow.
• Maintain brand consistency and design excellence across platforms.
• Support teammates and contribute to scalable design processes.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (including prototyping & design systems).
• Strong expertise in UX principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI design tools.
• Experience in SaaS product design and UI/UX workflows.
• Strong ability to rapidly iterate and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Proven track record as a Product/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for SaaS products (startup experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality assets at speed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Graphic design skills (bonus).
• Knowledge of design process optimisation and scalability.
