Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute the App product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall vision and customer-centric approach.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, leveraging your keen insights to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with an extraordinary group of cross-functional teams, including top notch technology experts, brilliant designers, strategic marketers, and operational masterminds, to define product requirements and deliver truly innovative digital solutions.

• Champion the end-to-end product development lifecycle, showcasing your exceptional project management skills as you drive concept development, design iteration, flawless execution, rigorous testing, and successful product launches.

• Utilize data analytics and segmentation techniques to identify target customer segments for cross-selling and upselling campaigns. Tailor messaging and offers to resonate with specific audience segments.

• Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends, breakthrough technologies, and best practices in digital product management, consistently infusing your deep expertise into the team's innovative endeavors.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of cross selling and upselling efforts. Regularly monitor performance, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated 4-8 years of experience delivering successful and innovative customer facing App products with your fingerprints all over them.

• A stellar track record of achievements, demonstrating your remarkable expertise with focus on cross sell/upsell in insurance, financial or allied industries

• A profound understanding of digital product development methodologies, user experience (UX) design principles, and agile project management methodologies.

• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills, empowered by your data-driven mindset and ability to transform insights into impactful decisions and strategies.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to effortlessly engage and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
