Role Overview

founding Product Analyst

• Set up the product analytics stack, pipelines, and event structures.
• Partner with Product, Business, and CX to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and processes that make the company truly data-driven.
• Lead deep dives into user journeys, funnels, and growth experiments to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean, scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
• Define and own core product/business metrics (North Star & supporting KPIs).
• Run funnel, cohort, and retention analyses to understand user behavior.
• Partner with product managers on A/B testing and feature impact analysis.
• Create simple automations or scripts to reduce manual reporting and enable scale.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a

  Product Analyst / Data Analyst / Growth Analyst

  at Tier-1 tech/product companies.
• Strong expertise in

  SQL

  ,

  data visualization

  (Looker, Superset, Tableau, etc.), and

  event-driven analytics

  (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4).
• Solid grasp of experimentation, funnel analysis, and behavioral cohorting.
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence product/business decisions.

Good to Have

• Proficiency in

  Python

  for data analysis and automation.
• Experience building

  automated reporting workflows

• Curiosity around

  AI agents / LLMs

  for internal tools and decision support.
• Exposure to quick commerce, consumer internet, or subscription products.
