Job Description Write and optimize complex queries using SQL, DWB, ETL tools, and scripting languages.  Ensure timely and accurate data retrieval from internal and external sources.  Maintain data hygiene and standardization across systems.  Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business-critical insights.  Perform cohort, funnel, and behavioral analysis to support product and growth strategies.  Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine data requirements.  Design and build intuitive dashboards and visual reports (e.g., in Metabase).  Deliver actionable insights in a stakeholder-friendly format.  Automate recurring reporting processes for efficiency.  Develop, monitor, and maintain data pipelines and ETL jobs.  Work closely with backend and infra teams to ensure data scalability and reliability.  Manage data warehouses, lakes, and processing frameworks.  Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business teams to define data needs.  Translate business objectives into analytical solutions.  Contribute to experimentation (A/B testing) and product optimization.  Design and implement predictive models to support business use cases (e.g., user retention, personalization, fraud detection).  Leverage AI/ML techniques to automate and enhance features and user experience.  Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.  Stay updated with the latest in data tools, AI/ML frameworks, and analytics best practices.  Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve data capabilities.  Encourage knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. Qualifications  1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role  Expertise in query scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL)  Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
