Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Node.j s and Express.j s Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQ L, MongoD B, and Cassandr a, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization Utilize ORMs such as Sequeliz e and Mongoos e to handle database operations efficiently Implement messaging systems and real-time communication using Kafk a, stream s, and socket s Design, develop, and optimize APIs for high availability and scalability Deliver optimized, high-performance code that adheres to best practices Apply knowledge of dynamic programmin g to solve complex problems and improve application performance Implement and maintain efficient memory management strategies in code Contribute to low-level design (LLD ) by creating clear, modular, and maintainable architectures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand various architectural patterns and adapt solutions accordingly Debug and resolve issues in live applications, ensuring high system availability and reliability Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate them as necessary Qualification 3+ yea rs of hands-on experience in full-stack development with Node.js and related technologie Proficiency in working with databases lik e MyS QL , Mongo DB, an d Cassand r Strong understanding o f Kaf ka and message-oriented middlewar Knowledge of real-time technologies such a s WebSocke t Experience with ORMs lik e Sequeli ze an d Mongoo s Proven experience wit h dynamic programmi ng, algorithms, and data structure Understanding of memory management techniques and performance optimizatio Solid knowledge o f low-level desi gn principles and their application in software architecture Familiarity with multiple architectural patterns and flexibility to work with diverse frameworks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Skills Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
