As a seasoned UX/UI designer with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for desktop, web, and mobile platforms. From conceptualization to execution, you will craft designs for various elements such as app screens, icons, graphics, and marketing materials. Your role will also involve developing and refining design assets that not only enhance brand identity but also maintain a consistent design language across products. In addition to this, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly experiences by creating clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborating closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, you will actively participate in design discussions, reviews, and usability testing to ensure the refinement of user experience. Your effective communication and presentation skills will be essential in conveying design ideas to cross-functional teams while aligning them with business goals and user needs. As part of your responsibilities, you will also focus on maintaining and evolving existing design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms. Ensuring adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and UX best practices will be key in creating inclusive and user-friendly designs. Staying updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies will enable you to continuously improve design processes and enhance user engagement. To excel in this role, you should have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-cantered design solutions and proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. A solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles is crucial. While knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, it is not mandatory. Your ability to work in an agile environment, manage multiple projects concurrently, and a passion for solving complex design problems will be highly valued.,
