Sr Product Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Design & Execution: You will create high-quality visual designs for desktop, web, and mobile platforms, including app screens, icons, graphics, and marketing materials. - Brand & Aesthetics: You will develop design assets that enhance brand identity, enforce a consistent design language, and add visual appeal to products. - User Experience & Prototyping: Your tasks will include designing clear and logical user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and functionality of digital products. - Collaboration & Feedback: You will work closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to refine user experience through design discussions, reviews, and usability testing. - Communication & Presentation: Effectively presenting design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs will be essential. - Design System & Guidelines: You will maintain and evolve existing design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms. - Usability & Accessibility: Ensuring designs follow accessibility standards and UX best practices to create inclusive, user-friendly experiences will be part of your responsibilities. - Process & Innovation: Staying updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve design processes and user engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-cantered design solutions. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. - Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for solving complex design problems and improving user experiences.,
